DLF seeks to revive its Kolkata SEZ

India's largest realty developer, DLF has given hints to rethink on its plan for a special economic zone in Kolkata. Seeing improvements in the sentiment in the real estate sector, DLF has approached the commerce ministry for reviving the Kolkata project, an official said today.

India's well-known realtor Tata Housing is going to launch 10 new residential projects shortly in different cities Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Bangalore. The projects will include both the luxury and affordable homes. The total investment on these projects is around Rs. 1200 crore.
