Empire Logipark is an idea to integrate warehousing with ultra-modern facilities. It aims to change the idea of storage in Central India by providing maximum common parking areas, easy loading and unloading and high-tech security. Currently planned in about 70 acres, the project provides a range of warehouses in sizes ranging from 10,000 sqft to 100,000 sqft or more.

At Empire Logipark, the customers have an option of either buying land or renting ready to use warehouses as it suits them. The project is effectively planned to offer 60 feet wide roads and upto 88% legal ground coverage to our customers.
