The sizes of the Hotel rooms and toilets are according to the 4 star requirements. The minimum size of Bedrooms excluding toilets is (carpet area) which is more than 140sqft as per norms. The minimum size of Toilet is (carpet area) which is more than 36sqft as per norms.

A reception lobby with glass atrium has been created to allow natural light into the lobby and passages leading to the rooms. Additional space for Book shop, Travel desk, Ladies & Gents toilet, Spa & saloon has been proposed on the ground floor. The ground floor also consists of a Speciality & 24 hour dining with kitchen. Supporting amenities like the staff dining and staff toilet are also provided. Proposed hotel also consist of staff amenities like locker rooms for male and female staff respectively. Basement has been provided with parking for 10 cars. Total parking provided is 15 nos. for 4 wheelers.
A fire escape staircase has also been provided in the design. Service lift from basement to ground floor has been added to assist staff. Space for and transformer has been provided.

Services :
The proposed project will have Sewage Treatment Plant catering to 145 persons which would be used for recycling of sewerage and soil water, Rain Water Harvesting Tank (30,000 lit) which will help in conserving rain water and reutilization for various purposes, Vermi composting unit which will help in recycling of all the kitchen waste, Food waste (12 in volume). The project will also have solar water heaters for hot water usage.
