Total project is of 600 acres, Minimum plot size is 605 square yards.

• 40 redsandal wood plants
• 40 Malabar plants
• 20 different varieties of Fruit plants.

There would be replacement of plants if anything doesn't grow up.

The agreement is for 15 years. The complete maintenance will be taken care by the company in compliance with the government.

For first three years, the complete maintenance would be free for 3 years and from 4th year, the maintenance would be 1k per year.

The redsandal protection will be taken care by the government that is the local forest department.

The redsandal wood plantation is taken care by the 'Institute of wood science and technology', Banglore.

To avoid thefts, the Indian council of forestry research and development (ICFRE), would be installing microchips in the trees from 5th year onwards.
