Structure

• R.C.C. framed structure with first class brick work as Designed By consultant.

Masonry

• External wall-9 inches thick, internal wall-5 inches thick 12mm thick Plaster.

Wall finish

• Internal wall to be plastered with cement mortar and finished with P.O.P. coating. External wall be finished with snowcap Equivalent paint.

Doors

• M.S door frame with 32 mm thick commercial water proof flush door painted with synthetic enamel over a coat of primer, main door frame will be wooden.

Windows 

• Aluminium windows with M.S grills.

Flooring

• Vitrified tiles finishing in drawing, dining and all bedrooms and Balconies.

Toilet-Walls

• Ceramic tiles dado up to 5 feet height.

Flooring 

• Ceramic tiles.

Fittings 

• A wash basin, mirror, towel rod, soap dish and cold water supply System with CP fittings of standard make.

Sanitary ware

• Vitreous white ceramic sanitary ware of standard make. Cistern will be of PVC.

Geyser point

• One electrical and plumbing point with hot and cold water supply with wall mixture in master bedroom toilet.

Kitchen

• Green marble platform with steel sink and glazed tiles up to 3 feet heights.

Electrical

• Electric supply will be from JUSCO, J.S.E.B along with and D.G set all electrical wiring will be concealed conduits with copper wires and standard fittings. Provision and destruction of light electrical point for A.C in master bedroom.
