FRAMED STRUCTURE :

Structure consist of: footings, columns, plinth beams,staircase,lintels,chajjas and slabs.

- CEMENT SOLID BRICKS 8”TH.EXTERNAL AND 4”TH.INTERNAL WALLS.

PLASTERING :
- Internal of single coat plastering and external of double coat plastering.
MAIN DOOR : Teak wood frame and teak wood paneled shutter ,finish with melamine polishing and Dorset/equivalent hardware fittings
INTERNAL DOORS : Teak wood frame and compressed panel door shutter with enamel painting finish and Dorset/equivalent hardware fittings.
WINDOWS : Powder coated Upvc framed sliding windows with float glass
Safety grills : MS Safety grills for windows and ventilators with enamel paint finish

INTERNAL PAINTING :
- Smooth putty finish with Asian/equivalent make emulsion paint in two coats over one coat of primer to internal walls

EXTERNAL PAINTING :
- Two coats of weather shield external emulsion paint of Asian/equivalent make over one coat of primer.
ELEVATION : Texture paint to some elements and elevation vitrified tiles for GF cladding

MAIN DOOR ENTRANCE : Entrance at main door floor platform of granite black and shell white with steps
INTERNAL FLOORING : Flooring in living, dining, kitchen, lounge and bed rooms with 2’x2’ vitrified tiles
- Toilets– Antiskid ceramic tiles for flooring and cladding glazed ceramic tiles upto 7’ height
- Covered terrace area with anti skid ceramic flooring and balcony with MS railing
- Deck area flooring antiskid tiles outside the lounge
- Utility area of anti skid tiles floor and glazed ceramic tiles dado and tiles at washing machine location at head room landing
- Stair case shell white granite tread and black granite riser with MS railing

- Anchor Roma switches / equivalent make as per the electrical drawings breakup and power outlets for AC’s in all bed rooms & lounge, provision for geyser points in all toilets.

- Earth leak circuit breaker with 3 phase power supply for each house

WATER SUPPY LINES :
- Internal concealed CPVC pipe lines and external of UPVC pipe lines of SDR 11

Internal sewage lines
- Housing internal and external sewage lines of SWR pipes

CP FITTINGS IN TOILETS :
- All bath rooms consist of Jaguar – clarion/equivalent make cp fittings – wall mixer with shower rose.

Sanitary fittings :
- All sanitary fixtures in white color of hindware or equivalent make.
