PLASTERING
Internal 1:5 CM with lime rendering smooth finish and external sponge finish cement plastering.

External walls of 6" solid/Hollow blocks in 1:6 CM with intermediate RCC bed and internal walls with 4" Solid/Hollow blocks.

FLOORING
- 24" X 24" Vitrified flooring in all rooms and 4" skirting.

KITCHEN
- Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink and 2 feet height glazed tiles dadoing above the platform.

TOILETS
- 7" feet height glazed tile dadoing and ceramic tile flooring, toilets EWC with flush tank and provision for geyser other necessary CP fittings for toilets.

- Concealed copper wiring with anchor or equivalent make plate and switches and necessary point in each room and 15 amps power plug points kitchen toilet only..

DOORS
- Main door good quality with OST.

- Inside one coat of premier with two coats of O.B.D paints.
