RCC Framed Structure, 8 inch solid blocks, Plastering ratio 1:4 water proofing etc., in c.m 1:4.
- 2 Nos – 24000 Ltrs capacity RCC Sump for each Block.
- 24000 Ltrs capacity Overhead Tank for each block with individual submersible Motor Pumps
- Individual Footing concrete in the Entire basement and covered by reinforced concrete with pucca water proofing component.
- All Toilets with pucca water proofing component.
- Lift well and rooms as per the civil drawin produced by Lift Company in each block.

CARPENTRY
Main Door : Teakwood frame and OST with polishing with Godrej night latch and Godrej Computer Lock.
Other Doors : Sal Wood frames and 30 mm flush door with S S Drum lock and stainless steel Fittings.
Toilet : Sal Wood framed water proof flush door with Aluminium powder coated hinges and Bolts.
Window: UPVC Windows, 2 track UPVC windows.
Ventilators: Louvered Aluminium Ventilators.
Grills: Grills are in 20 mm sq. rods of weight 1.2 kg/sft.
Balcony Grills: M.S. approved balcony square grills. All windows AC opening / FD / FW will have grills of approved make.

ELECTRICAL WORKS:
- Anchor Roma or equivalent switches, concealed copper wiring with Finolex or equivalent wires to the choice of Developer.
- M.C.B. in distribution board. Wiring upto main board.
- Two light point (one two way) and one fan point in all bedrooms.
- One T V & One Telephone point in Master bedroom only.
- 3 Light Points, Two fan point, chandelier point, T.V. and telephone point in Hall and Dining as per Architect Drawings / Floor Plans.
- In Kitchen One light point, one exhaust fan Two 15A plug point and one 5A plug points over platform suggested by Architect.
- Light Point, geyser point, Exhaust Fan and Plug Point in Toilet.

- Intercom writing

FLOORING:
- Flooring with vitrified tile selected by the Developer’s Architect.
- Kitchen and Toilet flooring is ceramic tiles of plain colours of plain colours selected by the Developer’s Architect.
- In common area Vitrified tiles flooring and Green marble steps with m.s. handrail.

KITCHEN / TOILET WALL:
- M.Toilet One shower with wall mixer, one wash basin of constellation without hot water and one EWC standard with slimline cistern tank to the choice of the developer.
- One stainless steel sink with long body bib cock, 20 MM Block Granite Slab & 2” wall tiles in Kitchen.
- One Wash Basin with Pillar Cock.
- PVC pipe for Coldwater lines of prince or supreme.
- GI pipe for hot water lines.
- PVC pipes for soil and waste line (prince or supreme)
- Good quality CP fittings (Jaguar – continental or equivalent).
- White sanitary fixtures (Hindware or Parry ware)
Toilet and Kitchen Dadooing: Glazed tiled of good quality.

PAINTING:
- All external walls with putty and two coats of Emulsion. External walls with Ace Exterior (one coat primer and two coat paint)
- Internal walls with primer, putty and two coats of OBD paint.
- Enamel Paint for woodwork and grills

PAVING:
- Paving all around the building with 65mm Paving Block.

SUMP:
- 2 Nos – Each 24000 Ltrs capacity sump with RCC structure in each block.
