Projection for next 2-3 years ( commercialization) rates will spike to more than a crore rupees per beegha (as happened in the nearby station last year) the land cost there was spiked more than 1.5 crore per beegha.

Right now in this land there is an issue with the govt with the land because of a typing error or a clerical mistake (sarkar rahan) was marked on the land by mistake around year 1950-1955.

We have this land from last 120 years or more.
The names registration has been already done in the land many decades ago.
But because of this error (sarkar rahan) we can't directly sell the land to anyone but we can grow and sell crops or anything we want.
We have already filed case in Sambhar court and after that the case was in ajmer RAA then we moved the case/file from there to jaipur RAA court.

Now we need to sell the land on urgent basis because of some personal issues.
1. We are agreeing on selling the land on agreement basis and authority transfer basis. (If the buyer wants the full/whole land) with this we are also agreeing to present as and when required for the transfer of the ownership when the other party/buyer is clearing the title of the land. This can be done with the proper setting in the RAA jaipur.
2. We also have another offer where on agreement basis if someone wants to buy the land on a small size like 5-10 beegha, in that case we will clear the title of the land soon as it will take some time and some connections over there and the buyer will be the partner in the crops and all the things as per sharing basis.
3. There is another offer if someone wants to start a new and stable revenue stream we can be partners in that, like someone bought 10 beegha of land in the senerio we will transfer 5 extra beegha of land because of the hydrophonic plant setup in partnership.
