WALL: 7” Height Glazed/Ceramic tiles.
- Hot & Cold water line provide with mixture in shower.
- White Wash basin & Western type commode in all Bathrooms.

SANITARY FITTINGS:
Standard make white Glaze, sanitary wares with branded ISI marked C.P. fittings (Parryware /Hindware /Other equivalent ) with Cistern of Acrylic Fibre Glass.

ELECTRICAL FIXTURES:
Concealed P.V.C Pipes with I.S.I. Marked conduit wiring.
- All electrical switches & accessories of standard marks (Anchor / Modular / Other equivalent) adequate lighting / Power point sockets, outlets etc. provided in each room.

DINING HALL:
One nos. color Hand wash basin with bottle trap provided in dining hall.
