Its location is ideal in many ways viz. located on NH 8 (Delhi-Jaipur Highway) and is in near proximity to Manesar and Gurgaon. The Government of Haryana has recently published the Master Plan of Dharuhera and with it many big groups in the field of ‘Real Estate’ are marching towards Dharuhera. Dwarkadhis Group has taken the lead and they are coming up with integrated township and this group has obtained License from the office of Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana for setting up one residential colony and a commercial complex in sector 23. All these residential colonies shall have the advantage of being located on the by pass (250 feet wide) connecting NH 8 to Sohna-Bhiwadi road. Many other companies are also coming up with their projects in this area and very soon lot of construction activities will be noticed.
