Yugen Infra has received the Project Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for their new residential plotted development, Garden of Eden, marking Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City. The project involves a total development investment of approximately Rs. 350 crores, which includes equal revenue potential for the development of the site, infrastructure, and township amenities. The entire project is solely funded by Yugen Infra, without any external institutional or corporate support. Further, defining a solid financial commitment and long-term vision for township development by the company.
The location is at Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, marking a major milestone achieved by the company in line with their development masterplan that is founded on their township business. The project fully satisfies the financial safeguards stipulated in RERA regulations, namely the escrow arrangement, under which 70% of all customer receipts must be placed in a separate RERA escrow account and used only for financial expenditures related to land and construction.
Registered under MahaRERA, Garden of Eden is a residential plot development project covering a gross total land area of approximately 180,000 square meters, offering 278 luxurious residential plots.
