WINDOWS AND DOORS

• Aluminum frame with grills and glazed sliding shutters for windows; hard wood door frames and membrane shutter or similar for internal doors and teak wood for front door.

ELECTRICALS

• Concealed conduit wiring with copper conductor, adequate light and fan points etc. controlled by ELCB and MCB with independent KSEB meters. (Gloster cables, Finolex wires and ABB switches). Energized geyser point in master Bed room toilet and provision for washing machine point in utility.

LIFT

• Three number automatic passenger lift and one number of automatic bed lift.

FIRE FIGHTING

• Fire fighting arrangements as per Kerala building rules and fire force requirements.
