KITCHEN : Kitchen counter slab fitted with Granite slab with steel sink, tiles above the platform to a height of 2’0”.

WOOD WORK: Main door & frame will be teak wood with varnish. Interior doors are of flush doors painted with enamel paint. Windows, window shutters and door frames with best country wood with pin-headed glass panels. / Bathroom doors will be in P.V.C

ELECTRIFICATION : Required light, fan and plug points will be Provided. Provision of AC point in Master Bedroom only. Telephone / Television Points in Living room.

WATER SUPPLY : Metro water and Ground water in kitchen and ground water on the other tap points.

SANITATION: Parryware / Hindware sanitary fittings. 1 IWC and 1 EWC White and 2 wash basin per flat.

CUPBOARDS : RCC wardrobe without shutters in living and bedrooms. RCC cupboard without shutters in kitchen, RCC loft in both bedrooms and kitchen.

PAINTING : alls and celing will be finished with Birla wall care putty. Above to the putty, ACE interior paint two coat will be applied.
