- Super structures with table mounted bricks and cement plastering.

Lift

Doors
- Main door frame of teak wood, and the shutter with teak wood, other door frames with Teak wood with flush shutters painted with enamel paint

Windows
- High quality powder coated aluminum windows from jindal with SS- IMEX hinges for all external openings.

Kitchen
- Black granite slab over cooking platform with S.S. sink.
- 12”x8” size of ceramic tiles Dado upto 2’-0” height above the platform.

Painting
- Patti finish with two coats of Emulsion. Exterior emulsion for external and common Areas.

Electrification
Required light fans, plug points as per specification Living and Dining room - 3 light points, 2 fan points with hooks 3 plug points. BED ROOM : 2 light points, one plug point, one fan point with hook. 5 amp sockets for Mixie, Grinder, and Aqueaguard, 15 amp socket for washing machine, microwave geyser at toilet and fridge, One A/C point should be proved at Master Bed.

Water Supply
- Finolex pipes for PVC work are used for both internal and external pluming works.2 tap points with one of Sump Water in Kitchen and ground water in other tap point.
