Bank Loan with SBI is active. SBI does multiple evaluations before releasing the loan amount. I paid a lot of interest to the Bank during the last 4.5 yrs.

The demand for any property in Vizag has increased to a large extent when compared to 2019. I don't think we need to compare with older rates. Neither I, nor anyone can't sell the property for govt. rate or Bank's depreciation rate.

The property is registered on our name in May, 2020 and we purchased at fair market price keeping aside the Bank evaluation / govt rate. For us the property is less than 5 yrs old and in decent condition.

The flat has its own and unique advantages which I don't have to tell you. The apartment is fully spacious and not even a single project in nearby areas is that much spacious.

I can proudly say, the flat has Zero defects. Even if u see the duct, I had spent a good amount to prevent clogged rain water from touching the wall. You can well plan ceilings, cupboards as you like as I have disturbed with any decorations.

I request you to study the market and the new and old flat rates considering the same benefits / spaciousness that our apartment has. I'm sure that we can't even buy a 2bhk at your asking price in the entire kurmannapa
