Blooms Eco Village is a farm concept where individuals can buy and own freehold farmland. We are developing this whole project to individual custom requirements from 2015. Water sources: One natural pond beside the project in Government land, which we have taken on lease. One large rain water harvest pond (manmade) at the lowermost portion of the project, present capacity is 40Lakhs plus litre and is full at the moment. We have plans to make it deeper once we use the water fully before next monsoon in November. Bore wells 4Nos. All fitted with pump and connected to the same distribution network.

We have a special scheme for those who construct a villa or cottage in their plots and give us back on lease. Apart from free maintenance of their property, we do offer them fair returns and complimentary stay in our resorts here and in Wayanad, Kerala.
Another scheme is that the landlord to give us freedom for doing any sort of crops in his/her property. We make sure that at every 15feet interval there will be a long-term plant growing and the returns from inter-short-term crops is ours.
