We need someone who wants to rent it out for a long term. It has also our house therefor everything should be rented out with well described terms conditions. We have no problem as long as you follow the conditions. which mainly will be about using the premises which is part of the warehouse.There are some places outside of the house which either will be part of the warehouse or can be rented out separately if needed. But there is also a tube well with good quality motor if needed then can be used with some certain terms as you know it takes a huge amount of electricity and motor is also expensive (not part of warehouse but can be used if needed with terms). As mentioned above there are three rooms which can be rented out as well.
warehouse is going to situated after the main house which is used by owner therefore it is important to use the area appropriately from the main gate to warehouse however there will be some monthly maintenance fees for that as we know almost everyday there will be some vehicle traffic which is expected but with some safety of attached pro.
