first preference will be given for Bulk bookings.
Followed by single-plot bookings.
If more than one customer prefers the same plot(s), allotment of plot (s) will be finalized through a draw.
5. Bulk Booking Conditions
Registration for bulk bookings will be done only after full payment for all plots received.
Groups of friends / relatives will not be considered for bulk bookings.
6. Payment Rules
Payments must be transferred only from the customers own savings bank account.
