Real estate developer RPS Group will invest Rs 110 crore in plotting project, RPS Azalea in Sector 29, Bahadurgarh. Spanning 19.79 acres under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) scheme, plot size in the project varies from 125-180 sq yards.

Construction is set to commence immediately, with delivery targeted for 2027.

RPS Group is also developing a 2-acre clubhouse featuring premium amenities.
