The team of One Third Earth is essentially composed of young and dynamic people from International property background. We were working with the leading global property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle Megharaj ( JLLM) before coming together and setting up our own initiative called One Third Earth. Infact, I was heading the southern operation of Land and Consultancy of JLLM. Most of us are architects with post graduation in Urban Planning. The team has vast experience in servicing clients ranging from Indian/Foreign developers, domestic funds, FDIs and HNIs in terms of facilitating suitable lands for their development projects across India. Having serviced a range of clients on their land requirements, we can proudly state that our services are second to none and even appreciated being notches above the International property consultants. We typically work on lands where we have complete comfort in terms of zoning/legality/development potential/comfort with the landlord.
