We were initially known as P Roy Architects and provided consultancy services in architecture and interior design in the West Delhi Area since 2001. The firm specialized in residential houses as well as in the office/retail segment and became a well known name in this area. The firm Contemporary Interior Works was formed in 2005 to take up turnkey projects in construction and interiors as there was a strong demand for professional execution of the smaller (less than 50,000 sq.ft.) projects in a relatively unorganized market. Roy Design and Build is a result of combining the above services under one roof. The objective was to provide a one stop full service to clients and thus bring in a value addition that was not viable previously. The firm brings in a vast experience in building design and execution of several teams who have been working closely for the last 14 years and the synergy is at its peak today. More and more professionals are associating with us, bringing in their own experiences and at the same time reaching out to new users within our client base.
