The legacy of building dreams began, post-independence; Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru motivated Shri Gopal Chandrabhan to contribute to building a progressive nation. Powai wouldn’t be what it is today, without the major contribution of the Sharma family. The year 1975 was the turning point for Powai, which was not developed to its full potential. Under the flagship of GHP Corp, Powai’s development began with Gopal Sharma’s construction. After the fruitful establishment of IIT, Prashant Apartments became Powai’s landmark property, followed by Bhawani Tower.
