Green Park is situated in the serene and beautiful Gokuldham Township; in fact, it was the first project to be launched in it. The project was designed and developed to be a landmark project covered with natural trees (such as ambas and chikoos) that spread over an area of 75000 sq yards. Green Park consists of a total of 114 bungalows that are designed primarily keeping in mind the needs of residents who prefer to stay close to the city and still enjoy an intimacy with nature.

Green Park’s site plan was designed keeping in mind the original natural beauty of the location. For the benefit of residents; no effort was spared to plant and preserve the trees that were originally part of the property. It is designed in such a way that a centrally located plot that covers 45000 sq ft was allocated to create a clubhouse which also houses a gym, pleasant sit outs and other amenities that could be equally accessible to all residents.
