PLASTERING
- Inside with lime finish and outside with sponge finish.

STEPS
- With Tandoor blue stones/marble, steel staircase Railings/masonry.

COMPOUND
- Will be provided on southern, northern, Western and eastern side and all of compounds are plastered.

ELECTRICAL
- Concealed type of copper wiring, ANCHOR or equivalent make switches with Necessary MCBs, etc., two independent circuits for Heating & Lighting.
- One heating point in each bathroom and one in kitchen.
- One T.V. point each in living room and master bedroom.
- Two light points, one fan point and two independent plug points in each bedroom.
- Three light points, one fan point and three independent plug points in living room.
- Two lights points, one fan point & one independent plug point in dining room.

DOORS/WINDOWS
- Doorframes using hard wood and shutters of block board with paint surface and all fittings are of Aluminium for inside doors.
- Windows are of powder coated aluminum with sliding shutters.

LIFT
- 1 Lift of 6 Passenger is provided with Generator Back-up.

PLUMBING
- Separate PVC Lines for pumping or bore-well and Corporation water to overhead tanks; common delivery lines with suitably designed valves to separate borewell water from corporation water, using PVC pipes.

SANITARY
- Sewerage lines are of good quality PVC pipes and underground lines are stoneware pipes; inspection chambers covers are of Cudappah stone.

TOILET
- Each toilet is provided with one white European/Indian water closet with FRP or PVC cistern.
- Each house will have two white washbasins with necessary CP General Fittings.
- Overhead tanks are of total 1 x 15000 Ltrs. Capacity.
