Internal: Smooth finish for living, dining, all bedrooms and kitchen with OBD paint for full flat

DOORS
Main Doors: Teak Wood frame with threshold and skin paneled shutters finished with melamine polished and brass 1 chrome hardware fillings
Other Doors: Sal wood Frame with Flush shutters for bedrooms, balconies and water proof shutter for toilets
- Powder coated hardware fixtures for all doors

WINDOWS
- Two track aluminum Powder coated window frames with pinhead glass and grills
- Aluminum powder coated ventilators with pinhead glass in toilets

FLOORING
- 24 inches X 24 inches vitrified tiles in living and dining area and other area with semi vitrified flooring

TOILETS
- Continental colored Hindustan / Parryware Cera Equivalent make, floor mounted sanitary ware
- 7ft height glazed ceramic tile dado
