Noida Authority is planning to develop Sector 150 noida as an ideal sector, with 80% of the 600-acre area as green cover and construction is limited to the remaining 20%.

 

As per the officials being quoted in sections of the media, this sector will also have a 42-acre park, one of the biggest in the country, besides a low-density Sports City. All this is surely going to make living a very special and memorable experience and also increase the value creation for the customer community.

As a part of this project, the Sports City will be spread over 300 acres and developed at a cost of Rs 2,300 crore. This Sports City will offer both recreational and residential facilities for the residents. Additionally, this project is also likely to have a 9-hole Golf Course.

 

Also in order to make this even more interesting from a connectivity stand point, the Noida Authority is constructing a bridge to cut the travel time between Noida and Faridabad as it takes almost an hour to commute between the two cities. This proposed bridge will link Noida to the various sectors in Greater Faridabad area and enable easy commuting a reality. The bridge will lead to Pari Chowk and hence will allow commuters going towards Noida and Greater Noida to access the expressway in an easy manner.
