Xotic Anthea, a Project by Xotic Ventures, is a 26-acre gated residential enclave along Sarjapur-Whitefield Road (near Chikkatirupathi Temple) .

It is Situated on NH – 207 having good connectivity to the major IT Hubs of Bangalore, namely Whitefield, Outer Ring Road & Electronic City. It is near about 30 minutes drive from Whitefiled. It is proposed to have Satellite Town Ring Roads (STTRR) and Intermediate Ring Roads (IRR) which will connect Sarjapur to all major parts of Bangalore and International Airport.

Some other locations like ORR, IT, SEZ Parks, Hosur, Attibele and SIPCOT Industrial Areas are close to Sarjapur.
