Looking for a #flatmate, for one room in a #fullyfurnished 2bhk at Siroya Environ, Hebbal (Behind Baptist Hospital)
Following are the amenities of the flat :
1. Fully furnished with TVs in all rooms, modular kitchen, ACs in all rooms, Google Chromecast in the living area TV. 2. You get to take the bigger room, since I've taken the smaller room
3. The room has a king size bed with mattress along with 2 bed side drawers. Huge storage space for all your stuff.
4. I have all my utensils in the kitchen, so you can move in with minimum things, rest can be figured out later !
5. I would prefer a vegetarian flatmate since I do not like non-veg being cooked in the kitchen, allergic to the smell of raw meat. If you want to get non-vegetarian food from outside, you're always welcome to !
6. You should be a party and a dog friendly person, I do not own a dog, but one little labrador visits me every now and then, she's adorable and you'd love her
7. Rent : There are two rooms of considerably different sizes and the rent of the whole flat comes to 38k. We can talk about how we want to split the rent, after you visit the house. Also, I don't have an issue if 2 people are sharing the room.
8. The security deposit is of 3,00,000 since the house is fully furnished. I have paid 50% of it and 50% will have to be paid by whoever moves in.
9. The owner is pretty chill and non-interfering, until you pay the rent on time, which was always done :)
10. The society is lush green with a beautiful club house and amazing people. The club house has a Gym, Sauna, pool table, foosball table, a library, whatever you ask for. We also have a beautiful swimming pool and an amphitheatre in the society where events are usually held. 11. I have a maid to clean the house who charges 2k for cleaning the whole house and comes daily, can be split equally.
12. There is also a guest washroom, other than the ones attached to the rooms
