Initially, a fleet of 34 high-tech 40-seater buses and five `Tempo Travelers' (17-seater minibuses) have been made operational in the city from 8:15am to 1:30pm and 1:15pm to 7:45pm on every working day . The facility covers over 22 major routes, allowing employees living as far as Pimpri Chinchwad and other parts of Pu ne to use the service.
CMD of Magarpatta Township Development and Construction Co. Ltd said, "Three of the total 30 companies (WNS Global Services, BNY Mellon and iNautix Technologies) have already embraced the service wholeheartedly . We are in advanced stage talks with the others too. The idea is to reduce the total number of private vehicles travelling on the same route. Overall, this will help companies reduce their operating costs."
