Rules:
1) Buyer will contact seller for property discussion, price etc and need to provide before discussion buyer and supporting person involved in discussion or any stage Aadhar soft copy and business card details
2) Seller will then discuss the property details
3) Seller will provide property address and map details as memorandum of partition for site visit
4) After buyer review of plot price will be finalized between buyer and seller
5) Then actual buyer need to provide his Aadhar soft copy, Pan card soft copy, Last six month bank statement, last 3 year ITR. This is to enable financial standing of actual buyer via both whats app and gmail
6) Then seller will provide soft copy of property documents cross marked for verification and buyer will acknowledge
7) Then actual Buyer and seller will physically meet in seller state and before visit will discuss all terms of agreement to sale which will be then be made by seller
8) Kindly note that all inspection charges of vertification and visit to seller state, stay and food will be borne by actual buyer.
9) Then at the time of meet seller will show to buyer actual property document and as discussed before and mentioned in agreement to sale then Buyer will provide 1st installment of money. Money to be paid from saving account of buyer only.
10) Then within reasonable times as discussed and mentioned in agreement to sale buyer will make payment. In case of extension in rare case penalty clause will be applicable for reasonable period only and then their will be forfeiture of 1st installment
11) After receiving full payment from Buyer registry will done at the name of buyer only .
