About Platinum Paradise

The Project "Platinum Paradise" is has been conceptualized with modern outlook and has being priced economically. As the demand for affordable housing soars day by day, the idea of building an ideal economical project began to take place. We started a survey to ensure that people's interest should be taken into account as it is the important and perhaps most capital intensive decision of their life's. And yes, people showed a lot of interest and did come up with lot of permutations and combinations. The single most important factor that came up during the survey was "location". Location is very important deciding factor and also is the most important factor responsible for future price appreciations. Patia dominated the list while ctc bbsr highway and khandagiri together finished second. As the affordability of the project was one of the bench marks so both this areas which command at-least Rs 2500 per sqft were nonviable as we wanted our properties to be in-range of 9 to 19 lakhs. Even as the areas are developed and command a huge premium that lose out in case of distance from various government offices like BMC, Court, Tahasil, Secretariat and public institutions like Railways & Airport. So we zero in on surdarpada as the the site was 13 kms from Master Canteen,11 km from airport and 8.5 kms from pokriput DAV school. The site we have chosen has 3 engineering colleges in proximity like OEC, Aryan, Indus and XIMB is building a 60 acres campus just 1 km ahead of our Project. The site we have chosen has a running government school close to our boundary and has a flourishing market place and of course is free from any canals (no water logging issues) and is at par road level.

The Project is being carved into three phases, we call Platinum Paradise Royal (gate 1), Platinum Paradise Ultra (gate 2),Platinum Paradise Heritage (Gate 3). These three segments offer different choice of living which i shall elaborate in the following paragraphs.

Platinum Paradise Royal (Gate 1) is being built for people who embrace a lot of open space and are greenery loving sapiens. Though the site lies is between a huge belt of tress, but we have put effort to provide parks between Main Gate and the apartment blocks. Each block like Block B1 has 8 floors has option of 3BHK, 2BHK and 1BHK all on the same floor and this arrangement has helped us provide a lot of open space.

Platinum Paradise Ultra (Gate 2) is design to cater to the community who want more than just a living space. Swimming pool, clubhouse and Sai mandir will keep u occupied both phycisally and spiritually.Ultra stands out to for living life the luxurious way.

Platinum Paradise (Gate 3) is a segregated living option which has different 3BHK and 2BHK blocks. Though we have ensured and to provided a lot of space in our project and here we moved a little further we have even incorporated more space between you and your neighbor and that's a minimum of 8 ft exactly.

Of the three, gate 1 and gate 3 have already undergoing construction and booking at the same time while gate 2 will be launched next year in dushera. Project approvals from SBI, HDFC, CANARA bank and dhfl.In case of DHFl,the best part is that interest on your loan will be serviced by the builder till possession that would save you a cool 1.2 lakhs to 1.4 lakhs.
