I am ready to hand over my possession almost immediately .There is no litigation whatsoever or tax liability on the property which is on a land measuring approximately 3 cottahs 13 chattaks and 20 sq feet.There are 7 shareholders including me . The property is about 90 years old and has three tenants . One tenant who has office area of 800 sq feet gives Rs 2500 as rent and another who has a scrap shop in the garage gives Rs 450. Another residential tenant who has been a monthly tenant since the last 40 years and who used to give a rent of Rs 1200 and occupied two floors with a seperate entrance has since the last 10 years left his tenanted portion after locking up the said portion.He has stopped giving rent since he left the premises .He is apparently wanting a lumpsum amount to give up his possession and tenany. The Buyer of my portion of this property shall have claim to his share of rent and any future financial benefits from the 3 tenancies .

My family along with two other share holder's families reside in the building at present.The rest of the shareholders stay outside . One of the shareholders who is my cousin brother is a doctor and 86 year old resides next to my accomodation on the second floor with his married younger son .The simple reason for my proposed sale of my undivided shares is lack of accomodation . My expected sale value of my own portion of undivided share is Rs 50 lakhs .The expected sale value of Rs 50 lakhs includes the shares of the above mentioned property
