Our land is located off SH40 (tirunelvelli shencottai Road) and on the road to Vaniankulam -- This is a road where buses ply and is a good 40 ft road.

The land is less than 12km from the tirunelveli junction and 15mins by road.

Our land is located about 100m after the river linking canal which is shown as thamirabarani river on the map.

We have a good road frontage - perhaps as much as 100m and surrounded on 2 sides by a huge lake (about 200 acres), the outlet for which is through our farms only. So we really have a lot of water.
