FLOORING
- Vitrified tile flooring size 2X2 in all rooms
- Antiskid ceramic flooring in balconies and wash area
- Good quality polished granite flooring in corridors and staircase areas

ELECTRICAL
- Concealed PVC pipes and copper wiring with all necessary points for lights, fans, etc
- Telephone points in hall and master bedrooms, t.v and a.c points in all bed rooms, all switched/sockets are legrand/anchor, northwest etc
- Wires of finolex for AC and geysers and rest all with haivels/fine cab etc

WALLS
- External walls 9ft thickness, internal walls 4.6ft thickness with quality burnt brick and cement mortar of two coats with sponge finish

PAINTING
- Luppam finishing for internal walls and ceiling with asian premium emulsion paints and asian ace for external walls
- Birla wall care putty/texture finish will be used in south and east side of the building

KITCHEN
- Black granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink, 2ft dadoing with glazed tile above granite kitchen platform
- Provision of aqua guard point
- Provision for washing machine in utility area
- Power points for grinder, fridge etc will be provided in kitchen

PLUMBING
- All water pipes are CPVC pipes of astrol/ashirwad make
- Sewer lines for external of PVC sudhakar make

WATER SUPPLY
- Bore well through overhead tank supply and one connection for drinking water in the kitchen

JOINERY
- Main door teak wood frame and designer paneled shutter with good quality hardware with godrej or europe company and main door locks
Internal Doors: Teak wood frames with veneer door with standard hardware and locks
Windows: UPVC windows of aparna make or equivalent quality with ms safety grills

TOILETS
- Antiskid ceramic flooring and glazes tiles dado up to 7ft height and good quality sanitary fittings
