Initially when the unit was bought by us the tentative area was so the payment made was as per that: but as per the availability 324 Sq ft shop was alotted to us.

Payment details

1. 10% Payment - June 2013 - Rs 1,87,500 2. 10% Payment - July 2013 - Rs 1,87,500 3. 30% Payment - July 2013 - Rs 5,. 25% Payment - Rs 4,68,750 Total 75% Payment Paid by summing up above amount - Rs 14,06,250.

The Memorandum of Understanding was made on 26th July with Earth Infrastructure and us and according to that we are getting the assured return of Rs 8,437 per month from aug 2013 to Mar 2014. The proof document is available with me.

Extra amount of Rs 1,87,500 is paid to earth as per their demand for the increased area of shop as per availability.

Total amount paid - Rs 14,06,250+ Rs 1,87,500 = Rs 15,93,750.

I want to resale my shop on urgent basis due to my personal committments.
