The new entity is presently pursuing five large scale residential and commercial developments in Lucknow, Moradabad, Noida & Greater Noida, thereby strengthening the presence of Earthcon as a developer in the NCR region.

In the meantime, the company Earthcon Construction has successfully added Group Housing projects at Lucknow & Aligarh to its portfolio, therefore bolstering its presence as a credible real estate developer. Today, the company has a diversified portfolio that includes nearly 110 Acre of land with 85 Lac . of development under various stages of execution. Besides the projects under execution, there is a steady pipeline of projects under consideration and acquisition.
