Tenative Future City Master Plan (*Unverified)
This master plan has been in circulation for a while and finally got it from one of my followers.
Here are some highlights
Master plan is more or less same as original Pharma City plan of 2017 with some changes in land use.
Original Pharma city master planners Surbana jurong of Singapore is retained for the Future city masterplan as well.
With almost 66% allocated to Industries, Future City will be more or less Industrial city
Only20% allocated to Residential, Corporate (AI City), Mixed Use & Entertainment zones
For Sports hub, as of HCA Cricket Stadium, Race Course, PGA Golf course are in news
For Education hub, Only skill university is confirmed. VIT or some international university may start as well.
Many Pharma companies already expressed interested to take up space here long back. So they might be accommodated first.

I can't vouch for authenticity of this.Also there has been latest news that Future city will be 30k acres instead of 14k Acres in this plan...
